How We Work
After collection by our fishermen, fish are transported to our facility in Bogota, located near El Dorado International Airport. Here they undergo a quarantine process and thorough quality checks, ensuring the fish are well cared for, healthy, and vibrant— ready for international export.
Orders are typically shipped within eight days of confirmation, subject to cargo space availability. This timeline allows us to prepare the fish for shipping, complete all necessary legal documentation, and coordinate veterinary inspections with Colombian authorities when required—delivering consistent, dependable service to our clients.
